3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, we process your personal data under the following conditions:

  • Consent: When you submit a grievance, you must check the consent box indicating your explicit agreement for us to process your details.
  • Purpose Limitation: We use your information solely to register, verify, evaluate, and resolve your submitted grievance.
  • Administrative Action: Your details may be securely routed to the administrative departments (PHED or PWD) or local municipal coordinators in Kulti to execute necessary repairs or action.

We do not sell, lease, rent, or distribute your personal details to third-party marketing companies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your grievance details and personal identifiers only as long as necessary to resolve the submitted issue and maintain official record-keeping of constituency correspondence. Post-resolution, data is securely archived or anonymized in our databases within one (1) year, unless required otherwise under Indian laws.

This website uses essential session cookies to support form submissions, prevent spam (reCAPTCHA tokens), and maintain security. We do not use third-party tracking or behavioral profiling cookies without your consent.
